For the second time now, cycling enthusiasts can measure themselves against the world's best professional cyclists on four stage days of the Tour de Suisse 2016.
The individual time trial “Cornèrcard Cancellara Challenge” and the “Morgarten Memorial” circuit will take place on the first weekend on 11/12 June around the Zug hub in Baar. The participants will then once again climb to the Rettenbach glacier to 2,670 m above sea level via a steep, hard route on Friday 17 June in the “Ötztal Challenge”. And last but not least, on Sunday 19 June, a crisp mountain circuit awaits indefatigable lovers of Alpine passes in the closing “Cornèrcard Alpine Circle”.
As well as the daily winners, the overall winner across all stages will also be honoured at the end. Registration is limited to 1,000 people, as the TdS Challenge race will be held shortly before the professional race. Registration is open now.
