Swiss Cycling is the national cycling association. It oversees eight types of cycling sport and around 25 different cycling disciplines.

Founded in 1883 and headquartered in Grenchen, the national association represents the interests of all cyclists. It regards itself as a hub for and centre of excellence in Swiss cycling, spanning the domains of children’s and youth sport, youth development, competitive sport, mass sport, advancement of women and mobility.

Swiss Cycling is the most successful summer Olympic sports association in the country. Since the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, Swiss cyclists have won 17 Olympic medals.
