The long-standing beverage partner Ramseier will again be at the start this year with its famous ELMER Citro.
ELMER Citro is 90 years old this year and should therefore not be missing from the Tour de Suisse. Oskar Schärli, the owner of the Elmer Kurhaus, not only filled the mineral water of the springs in glass bottles in 1927, but also created a lemon drink with it. The ELMER Citro was born! The ELMER Citro brand was registered with the Federal Office of Intellectual Property in June 1927, a full six years before the first edition of the Tour de Suisse.
The unchanged ELMER Citro recipe from 1927 corresponds to today’s spirit of the times thanks to its natural lemon aroma, which completely dispenses with preservatives and stabilisers. Enriched with fresh spring water from the St. Martinsquellen in Elm, ELMER Citro guarantees real refreshment for all cycling enthusiasts, whether after your own bike tour, at home in front of the TV during the live broadcast or on the edge of the Tour de Suisse.
