Radio, press, TV, online: journalists’ work comes in many forms. In the heat of the stage, you want to be sure that information and technology are reliable. This is our committment as the TdS media team, in cooperation with the local media managers of each stage.

Covid-19 | Status 7.5.2021

The Tour de Suisse 2021 will definitely take place. The working conditions for the media on site are subject to the multi-layered protection concept.

Photo/Video/Radio: Photographers as well as VJs and radio professionals have priority in the allocation of available media workstations. Restrictions are expected on the start and finish lines as well as at other critical points. A limited number of desks with access control and distance rules will be available at the stage locations. For video the usual rules shall apply, with priority for moving images produced by host broadcaster SRG SSR.

Other media professionals: For all media professionals who do not necessarily need to work with a camera or microphone on site, we are preparing a comprehensive online service with interviews, videos and other content offerings. Severe restrictions are to be expected at the stage locations.

Closing weekend in Andermatt: For the closing weekend we are working on a solution for good working conditions on site, with particular attention to the TT stage on Saturday.
