At the same time, the<br \/>\norganizers continue to drive the sustainable development of the race and are strategically<br \/>\nstrengthening the partner network \u2013 including Decathlon as official outfitter and FOCUSWATER as a new strong partner. From a sporting perspective, the confirmed participation<br \/>\nof Noemi R\u00fcegg, Stefan K\u00fcng and Demi Vollering \u2013 one of the world\u2019s best cyclists \u2013 sends<br \/>\na strong signal and underlines both the international class and the pronounced Swiss identity within the peloton.<\/h5>\n<p><strong>Stage Locations 2026<\/strong><br \/>\nThe previously announced stage locations are Sondrio (ITA), Bad Ragaz (SG) and Villars-surOllon (VD). Locarno and Aarburg are now joining the line-up. The stages will be held exclusively<br \/>\non circuit courses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stage 2: Locarno<\/strong><br \/>\nWith Locarno, the Tour de Suisse returns to one of the most renowned destinations in Swiss cycling. The municipality in Ticino on Lake Maggiore will provide an impressive backdrop for a stage<br \/>\nthat promises to stand out both athletically and scenically.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Stage 4: Aarburg<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/em>The historic small town of Aarburg, with its striking fortress, is located in a region passionate about cycling and offers ideal conditions for a race close to the spectators. \u201cThe combination of established cycling regions and fresh impetus is what makes the Tour de Suisse so special,\u201d says Olivier Senn, Director of the Tour de Suisse. \u201cWith Locarno and Aarburg, we are welcoming two host locations that perfectly reflect our ambition to make the diversity of Switzerland tangible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Decathlon Becomes New Official Outfitter<\/strong><br \/>\nWith Decathlon, the Tour de Suisse welcomes a world-leading sporting goods manufacturer as a partner. The Swiss brand for functional vitamin drinks will supply the crew, the stage locations and spectators throughout the national tour. The partnership is based on a shared understanding of performance, recovery and conscious nutrition \u2013 values that are equally important in elite and amateur sport. FOCUSWATER thus complements the partner network in a key area for the organization, the local organizing committees and the fans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Swiss Top Riders<\/strong><br \/>\nAt the beginning of March, Stefan K\u00fcng fractured his femur following a crash at a race in Belgium. Prior to the accident, the rider from eastern Switzerland \u2013 who has been racing for the Swiss team Tudor Pro Cycling since this season \u2013 had confirmed his participation in this year\u2019s Tour de Suisse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSwiss riders shape the identity of our race. The fact that an athlete like Stefan K\u00fcng is now riding in the Tudor jersey further strengthens this connection. We wish him a speedy and full recovery,\u201d says Sports Director David Loosli. If his recovery progresses well, a return to racing at the Tour de Suisse is conceivable.<\/p>\n<p>In the women\u2019s race, two riders with strong Swiss ties have also confirmed their participation in the 2026 Tour.
